2. User Roles

The platform supports three account types:

• Influencers
• Business Owners (Brands)
• Administrators

Each user is responsible for information provided during registration.

3. Platform Role

• We are not a marketing agency.
• We do not guarantee campaign results or sales.
• We provide discovery tools, analytics, escrow payment facilitation, and communication tools.

4. Account Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Avoid impersonation or fake accounts
• Follow social media platform policies

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Buy/sell fake followers
• Upload illegal or misleading content
• Circumvent escrow payments
• Conduct off-platform payments for active campaigns

6. Fees & Commission

• Platform may charge service or commission fees.
• Fees are displayed before campaign confirmation.
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated.

7. Escrow Payments

Payments made by businesses are held securely until:

• Campaign deliverables are completed
• Approval or dispute resolution occurs

8. Intellectual Property

• Influencers retain ownership of content.
• Businesses receive usage rights as defined in campaign agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Platform is not liable for:

• Campaign performance
• Social media algorithm changes
• Influencer misconduct outside platform

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Fraud
• Fake engagement
• Policy violations
