These Influencer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Thayyal by influencers, creators, content publishers, and social media personalities (“Influencers”).

By registering or using Thayyal, Influencers agree to these Terms.

PLATFORM PURPOSE

Thayyal is a technology platform that connects influencers with businesses and brands for marketing collaborations.

Thayyal does not guarantee:

• Campaign approvals
• Earnings
• Audience growth
• Marketing performance

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Influencers must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain updated profile details
• Use authentic social media accounts
• Maintain account security

Influencers are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

ELIGIBILITY

To use the platform, Influencers must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter agreements
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT CONNECTION

Influencers may connect:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• Other supported platforms

By connecting accounts, Influencers authorize Thayyal to:

• Access analytics data
• Display engagement metrics
• Calculate influencer scores
• Use authorized insights for campaign matching

We do not access passwords or private messages.

AUTHENTICITY REQUIREMENTS

Influencers must not:

• Purchase fake followers
• Use bots for engagement manipulation
• Submit misleading analytics
• Misrepresent audience data

Thayyal may:

• Conduct authenticity checks
• Suspend suspicious accounts
• Remove fraudulent profiles

CAMPAIGN RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencers agree to:

• Deliver campaign content on time
• Follow campaign guidelines
• Comply with advertising disclosure laws
• Maintain professional communication

Sponsored content must comply with applicable advertising regulations including:

• #Ad disclosures
• FTC guidelines
• Local advertising laws

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Influencers retain ownership of created content
• Businesses receive usage rights as defined in campaign agreements

Influencers must ensure content does not:

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate laws or platform rules
• Contain unlawful material

PAYMENTS & ESCROW

Campaign payments may be held through escrow systems until:

• Deliverables are completed
• Campaign approval occurs
• Dispute resolution is completed

Thayyal may deduct:

• Platform service fees
• Applicable taxes
• Payment processing charges

Payout timelines may vary depending on payment providers and verification requirements.

TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencers are responsible for:

• Reporting earnings
• Paying applicable taxes
• Providing legally required tax documentation

Thayyal may deduct taxes where legally required.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Influencers may not publish content involving:

• Hate speech
• Illegal activities
• Copyright violations
• Fraudulent promotions
• Misleading claims
• Adult or harmful content prohibited by law

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Thayyal may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fake engagement
• Fraudulent behavior
• Policy violations
• Abuse of platform systems
• Illegal activity

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Thayyal is not responsible for:

• Campaign performance outcomes
• Platform interruptions
• Social media algorithm changes
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users access the platform at their own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION

Influencers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thayyal from claims arising from:

• User-generated content
• Legal violations
• Copyright infringement
• Misrepresentation
• Breach of these Terms

PRIVACY & DATA USE

Influencer data is processed in accordance with the Thayyal Privacy Policy. By using the platform, Influencers consent to:

• Analytics processing
• Campaign matching systems
• Authorized API integrations

TERMINATION

Influencers may terminate their account at any time. Certain data may be retained where legally required.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws including:

• India
• European Union regulations where applicable
• United States laws where applicable

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or competent courts.
